Research has shown that when you lose weight or exercise with a friend, you are more likely to stick with it. Why not get slim and get in shape with a friend or a family member? The two of you can motivate and encourage each other along the way. Talk on the telephone or in person about what you find challenging about your diet. This is a great way to come up with ideas to make your diet easier. You can swap recipes and learn new exercise routines. Things are always more fun with someone else.

Weight loss can be challenging, although it is ten times more challenging without motivation. Stoke your motivational fires up high and then expect nothing other than the best: you'll soon reach your weight loss goal!
