Put them in separate corners or in different rooms of the house. If this will help you get up and go to gym - do it! If you need a support group - create one. Do whatever it takes. When you focus on doing these things just for today, they become more manageable and you will develop belief and trust in yourself.

I encourage you not to worry about the wedding that is coming up in 2 months time or the race that you will run in December or buying a swimming costume for the summer. Focus on your commitment at hand, and that is "Just for today, I will work my program to the best of my ability." Rate your program scale of 1 to 10 at the end of the day.
